This building, formerly a cinema, is located on Main Street, Portrush, and was constructed around 1950. It exhibits characteristics of modernist design, including a strong vertical emphasis. The building has been converted into an entertainment complex, and now incorporates replacement fabric and features. It was surveyed during the First and Second Surveys, but has not been formally listed and only a partial record was taken, as it was considered not worthy of a full survey.
