This is a plainly detailed twentieth-century telephone exchange, now an office, located on Paulett Avenue in east Belfast. The building has been significantly altered and retains few original features. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey, as it was not deemed worthy of a full survey. The building’s architectural and historical interest are not considered significant.
