Description

This is a three-storey, neo-Georgian styled bank of red brick construction, with an attic. Originally featuring faience tiling to the ground floor, much of this has been removed to allow for the insertion of a modern shop front. Timber sash windows are retained on the upper floors. The building was initially surveyed in the First Survey but was not listed. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey, as it was considered unsuitable for a full survey. It was formerly used as a bank, and is now a shop. The building is not listed and has no associated architectural or historical interest.
