Description
Kinahan Mansions, located at 92-96 Stranmillis Road, Belfast, is a terrace of three-story townhouses designed in 1896 by James G Lindsay for Kinahan Brothers. The buildings are constructed of red brick and feature Dutch style Queen Anne gables and terracotta decorative elements. While originally representative of their time, much of the historic fabric has been lost due to alterations, especially to the ground floor, alongside the replacement of some windows with PVC and the installation of roof lights. The buildings sit within the Malone Lower townland and are located within a conservation area.
