This is a corner-sited commercial block located at the junction of Shaftsbury Square and Donegall Road in Belfast. Built around 1930, the building displays a combination of Art Deco and neo-Georgian architectural styles. The ground floor is compromised by unsympathetic shop frontages, and the building is considered not to be a particularly fine example of its type.
