This is a three-storey commercial building constructed in 1960, designed in the Modern style. The building originally featured full-height concrete mullions with cladding consisting of glazing and black polished stone, although the original cladding has since been replaced. It is a building of limited merit and not of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey. The building is not listed, and possesses neither architectural nor historical interest. A partial survey only was undertaken.
