Description
This is a single-storey vernacular house located on Maghery Road, east of St Andrew’s Church of Ireland, in Milltown, Derryaugh. It was built around the 1840s and 1850s. The house has undergone alterations, including the replacement of its roof with corrugated iron, the installation of replacement brick chimneystacks, and the regularisation of window openings, which now feature concrete sills. It retains vernacular architectural characteristics. Due to a lack of significant features, the building has not been considered worthy of listing and does not warrant a detailed survey.
