Scion Hill is a large, two-storey house with an attic. It features ruled and lined rendered walling and canted bays. The property is in poor condition and, due to its current state, does not meet the criteria for statutory listing. Initial surveys indicate that the original structure was a derelict rubble stone building. The 1980 survey image identifies the building as Scion Hill on a map.
