Description

Ashdane is a two-storey, three-bay redbrick house dating from the Victorian period. It is characterised by its symmetrical facade and full-height canted bays. The plinth has been recently altered, and a modern extension has been added. The house has been compromised by more recent alterations and is not considered to be among the best examples of its type. The building is a Grade D1 Record Only, and the extent of listing is not defined. It holds no particular architectural or historical interest. A partial survey was undertaken.
