Description
This is a two-storey, three-bay rendered house located on Listullyard Road, near Edenderry, Banbridge, County Down. It was built after 1833, although the current building does not correspond with the original description recorded on the First Survey card. The First Survey card indicates a structure with a segmental arched entrance featuring a panelled door, sidelights, and a patterned fanlight, flanked by recessed twelve-pane sash windows on both sides. Similar sash windows are present on the upper floor. The building is distinguished by a small brick chimney on each gable. It was not visible on the 1833 Ordnance Survey map, but does appear on the 1903 Ordnance Survey map. A partial survey was recorded on 7 June 1972. This building is not listed and possesses neither architectural nor historical interest. It was originally recorded in the wrong ward within the First Survey.
