Description

The building on site does not match the description on the First Survey card. It is not worthy of a detailed survey. The First Survey card records: ‘Post 1833. A two-storey, three bay, rendered house with small brick chimney on either gable. The entrance, in a segmental arched opening with panelled door, sidelights and patterned fanlight, is flanked either side by a recessed 12-pane sashed window. Upper windows are similar. Does not appear on 1833 OS map Appears on 1903-18 OS map Date of visit: 7 June 72’
