This is a simple two-storey, two-bay nineteenth-century gabled farmhouse with associated outbuildings. The building has undergone complete replacement of its fabric, and now includes a new porch addition. It is not of sufficient merit to warrant a full architectural survey. It does not hold architectural or historical significance, and is not listed. A partial survey has been undertaken.
