Description
The building at 74 Ballymoney Road, Craigavad, has been demolished and replaced with a modern two-storey dwelling. A previous house on the site was a two-storey structure in the Modern Movement style, featuring a flat, monopitch roof finished with white painted smooth render. Rustic brick was used on the sides of the front entrance and for a chimney stack. The front of the building had a horizontal strip of windows, with corner glazing on a projecting block. The house was designed by Henry Lynch-Robinson in the 1940s. The building is not listed, and has no recorded architectural or historical interest.
