A detached, two-storey farmhouse dating to the late 19th century, situated on a large site off Ballymoney Road in Holywood, County Down. The farmhouse has undergone extensive modifications, including the removal of the original gabled projecting porch to the centre, resulting in a significant compromise to its original proportions, design, and character.
