Description

The building has been demolished and replaced with the residential dwellings of Beverley Lane. The First Survey card records: 'A two-storey flat-roofed Modernist house, presumably dating from the 1930s. Corner glazing to each corner, but original glazing bars have been replaced. Tubular chrome handrail to stairway - the only feature of interest inside. Smooth rendered walls, but apparently this is a recent finish over what were originally red brick walls. Built by 'W. Hay & Co, building contractors, Bangor' - inscription on a vent in front wall. Date of visit: Sept 1991'
