45 Beverley Hills, Bangor, County Down

A two-storey, flat-roofed Modernist house, likely dating from the 1930s, formerly stood at 45 Beverley Hills, Bangor, County Down. The building has since been demolished and replaced by residential dwellings on Beverley Lane. The house featured corner glazing, although the original glazing bars were replaced. Inside, the only feature of note was a tubular chrome handrail to the stairway. The walls were smooth and rendered, but this finish was applied more recently over what were originally red brick walls. An inscription on a vent in the front wall indicated that the building was constructed by W. Hay & Co, building contractors of Bangor. It was first surveyed in September 1991. The building has been demolished and does not form part of the statutory list of buildings of special architectural or historic interest.
