This is a mid-nineteenth century terrace of single-storey cottages built of rubble stone, situated on Holborn Avenue in Bangor town centre. The cottages have been extensively altered and extended to the rear, and the interiors have been fully refurbished. The group does not possess any special architectural or historical interest.
