This is a single-storey timber pavilion building constructed around 1960 as part of the Sullivan Upper School complex in Holywood, County Down. It is located south of the Belfast Road. The building features a monopitch roof extending over a verandah to the front. It is noted that the pavilion is not considered to be of special interest.
