The Sullivan Upper School is a two-storey red-brick building with hipped roofs, constructed around 1940. It is situated south of the Belfast Road in Holywood, County Down. The school has undergone extensions and refurbishments in subsequent years. It is noted that the building is not considered to be among the best examples of its type.
