Description

A small single-storey rubble stone building with a modern dry dash finish painted white, now linked to a two-storey house. Roofs of Bangor blue slates in irregular courses; small modern red chimney pot at one gable; PVC rainwater goods; original rear elevation has a large modern rectangular PVC window; one gable is blank, the other has a small rectangular PVC fixed light in the apex; the original front elevation has modern rectangular PVC sliding doors beside a projecting lower slated and rendered single storey link block connecting with an adjacent two-storey house. Link block has rectangular PVC windows; main house has rendered walls, slated roofs, semi-circular headed sashed gable windows, and rectangular PVC windows. SETTING: The building stands in a rural area, with its gable close to the main road, now joined to the house which it formerly stood behind. Approached from the rear by a driveway from a side road, ending in a yard, with a grassed garden along one side.
