Pump No. 1, 9 The Village, Ballyeaston, Larne, Co. Antrim

This pump, formerly in use as a water pump, was constructed between 1900 and 1919. It was originally located in Swatragh and subsequently moved to 9 The Village, Ballyeaston, Larne, Co. Antrim, where it served as a garden ornament. The pump was a cow-tailed closed head lever type, with a plain shaped fluted column and a replacement lid. It was removed from its location between 1995 and 2007 and is now considered demolished.
