Description

The Avenue, located at No. 41 South Street, is a good three-storey building with a five-window Georgian front, built from red brick. It features a hipped slate roof and an eaves cornice, along with red brick bands. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. The entrance is highlighted by a Tuscan doorcase with an open pediment, a Gothic traceried fanlight, panelled reveals, and a six-panel door.
