Description

This granary, located about 20 metres east of Manor Farmhouse, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and features elm weatherboarding, resting on nine staddle stones. The roof is made of Welsh slate and has gabled overhangs. The north wall includes a boarded door and two windows; the left window is an 18th-century leaded casement. Inside, the structure has braced king post truss construction, with internal walls and floor lined with elm boards. This granary contributes to the overall setting of the Manor Farm complex.
