Description

Tonedale House is a two-storey stucco house built from 1801 onwards by the Fox firm after their business relocated from Bulford House in South Street. The house features sash windows and has wide eaves. The garden front includes shutters, and there is a wrought-iron bell turret on the east gable. A later stone porch has been added to the north front, which also features a pedimented gable and hipped slate roofs.
