Description

Nos 19-23 Keyford form an early 19th-century terrace. The buildings are constructed with rendered rubble walls, cornices and parapets, with quoins visible at each end and to No 23. They have slated mansard roofs, with a dormer window to each house. Each property has two storeys and two windows, with glazing bar sash windows in plain architraves; No 19 has modern casement windows. The doorways are topped with moulded stone slab hoods supported on brackets. Nos 19 and 20 have six-panel doors, featuring shaped central panels—the lower ones reeded and the upper ones glazed. No 23 has a modern lean-to porch with a carriage lamp. Group value is recognised for the terrace as an important part of the streetscape.
