Description

No. 30 Keyford is a late 17th century building that has undergone some alterations. It is constructed of coursed rubble and has two storeys plus an attic, featuring a plain gable on the right side. The attic window is a two-light casement with an ovolo moulded stone mullion and a drip mould. There is a pair of sash windows with glazing bars on both the ground and first floors. The entrance includes a panelled door with a stone slab hood supported by brackets. Additionally, there is a gable light in the left-hand return.
