Description

Michaelmas Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of rubble with some roughcast, featuring coped verges and a double Roman tile roof, along with brick stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays, with flush mounted 16-pane sash windows and exposed sash boxes. The central door opening contains a six-panelled door, with the top two panels being glazed. To the right, there is a two-bay outshut of lower height, which includes 4-pane casements and sash windows, as well as a 20th-century glazed porch.
