Description
Scruton Grange is a late 18th-century farmhouse situated on the east side of Fleetham Lane. It is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a machine tile roof. The symmetrical three-bay design is arranged over two storeys, with an outshut extending from the left return. The central entrance features a four-panel door with overlight, set within a 19th-century brick gabled porch. All windows are 16-pane sash windows with stone sills and flat brick arches, except for the dummy window positioned above the door. An eaves band runs along the roofline. The building has shaped kneelers and stone coping, with end stacks present.
