Description
15 High Saint Agnesgate is an early 18th-century building that was altered in the early 19th century, possibly in 1818, as indicated by a lead rainwater tank bearing the initials "RRB". The building is constructed of stucco and features a hipped slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and has two bays with sash windows that include glazing bars. The entrance door is adorned with a semi-circular fanlight, also with glazing bars, and is set within a wooden frame that has moulded pilasters and a moulded cornice.
The garden front of the building is two storeys high and has three bays, with sash windows featuring glazing bars, where the outer windows are tripartite. The entrance here also has a semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars, framed by fluted pilasters leading to a modillioned cornice, and is complemented by a wooden porch supported by two Tuscan columns that lead to an entablature.
