Description

Westfield House is a late 18th-century house, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared stone with ashlar detailing, and has a Welsh slate roof. The house is three storeys high and has two bays. The central entrance features a six-panel door within a plain stone surround, topped by a shaped stone hood supported by consoles. The ground and first floor windows are 16-pane sash windows with stone sills and plain lintels. The second floor has 12-pane casement windows, also with stone sills. The roofline features shaped kneelers and stone coping. Chimneys are located at the ends of the building and on the ridge.
