Description

No. 34 on High Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of stone. It features a pantile roof with stone-capped gables. The façade includes five cased sash windows with glazing bars, with the outer windows arranged in pairs and keyblocks above them. The central entrance has a six-panel door topped by an ornamental fanlight, framed by an architrave that includes a pulvinated frieze and cornice. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 22 to 26 (even), the Unicorn Public House, and Nos. 32 and 34.
