Early C19. White-washed brick. Pantiled roof. Two storeys. Four bays: cased flush-framed sashes with glazing bars. Four doors with 6 fielded panels each and oblong fanlights with glazing bars. One boarded passage door with oblong fanlight. Lean-to extension to No 13, with boarded double waggon doors.
