This is an early 19th-century property. It is a three-storey building constructed of coursed stone, with a pantile roof. The front has two windows: one with a single light and another with three lights, both featuring modern casement windows and cement lintels. A modern door, also with a cement lintel, provides access. The building is included as part of a group with numbers 2 to 10 on the north side of New Road.
