Description

No. 11 Fishergate is a late 19th-century building with framed construction, likely made of cast iron, although the piers are now covered. The exterior is almost entirely glazed, except for the area between the storeys, which features modern weather-board, and the first-floor entablature, which has a plain frieze and a dentilled cornice. The ground floor has been modernized. The first floor is divided into round-arched bays by slender glazing bars that have tiny Composite capitals. The building has a canted corner, and the rear wall is made of red brick.
