It has a modillion cornice and a parapet. The central section includes an arcade with five bays, each topped with moulded round arched heads. The flanking wings each have two windows set in rusticated architraves, with the left wing containing one window and a door, while the right wing has a door and four windows. All windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars and have moulded stone architraves. The left wing is partly obscured by a wooden penticed extension that includes three sash windows.
