Description
This barn, located approximately 20 meters northeast of Beetham Hall, is likely from the 18th century or early 19th century, with later additions on the east side. It features rubble walls with quoins and through stones, and has a graduated greenslate roof on the west side, while the east side is covered with corrugated metal. The barn consists of seven bays and includes two wagon entrances, each with board doors and roughly-cut stone surrounds, sheltered by slated canopies. To the left of the right-hand entrance, there is a window with stone mullions and surrounds, and there are two doors to the right. The upper floor has pitching eyes. This barn is included for its group value with Beetham Hall.
