Description

Nos 7 to 10 on Devonshire Street is a building that was once a single structure, built in 1828. It stands four storeys tall and is constructed from grey stone ashlar, featuring a cornice and stone bands. The ground floor has small shop fronts, mostly from the first half of the 20th century, along with an original centre door that has six panels set in stone reveals. This door is topped by a semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing bars. Each upper floor contains four 12-paned sash windows, except for an oriel window on the first floor.
