Description

Dockray Lodge and Salkeld House is an 18th-century building located on Fallowfield Court. It features roughcast over stone and a slate roof, rising to three storeys. The central entrance is accessed by steps and includes a door topped by a round-headed fanlight with radiating glazing bars set within a round arch, complete with a keystone and imposts. On the main floor, there are two 12-paned sash windows, with two additional windows located in the high basement below and three more above. To the right, there is a gabled wing that has a newer window. To the left, a two-storeyed wing contains a lower door and an upper round-arched window with intersecting glazing bars.
