1,2, Foxhouses Road

Nos 1 and 2 Foxhouses Road are semi-detached villas dating from around 1800. They are two storeys high and feature pebbledashed exteriors with a new roof that includes attic dormers. Each villa has two doorways that are accessed by steps, adorned with traceried fanlights and Gothic porches that have battlements. An iron verandah extends across the entire ground floor. Each house contains two windows on the ground floor and three on the upper floor, all featuring four lights, mullions, transoms, and labels. These villas are part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 20A and Nos 22 and 23.
