Description

The Hermitage, located on Back Lane in Hardingstone, is a building dating from the 16th century or early 17th century, with some alterations. It is constructed of ashlar and coursed rubble, topped with a thatched roof. The building has two storeys and features three windows. On the ground floor, there is a pair of 19th-century canted bay sash windows alongside a small sash window. The first floor is fitted with modern casement windows.
