This 18th-century building is a small whitewashed structure with a thatched roof. It is one storey high with an attic, featuring two lattice casement windows and a half-dormer casement window with glazing bars. The building is included in the listing primarily for its group value, forming part of a larger group with Nos. 2 to 10 (even) along the west side of Milkway.
