Description

No 30 Duston Main Road is a 19th-century building constructed from ironstone ashlar with a Welsh slate roof. It stands two storeys tall with attics and features two sash windows and two casement windows, all fitted with glazing bars and set beneath wood lintels. The building has two gabled dormers from the 19th century. There are also two shop windows; one is from the 19th century, while the other is an early 19th-century recessed window with a segmental bow and glazing bars. No 30 is part of a group with Nos 24, 26, and 30 on Duston Main Road. The initials "TH 1732" are carved on a panel under the eaves.
