Description

30 Berry Lane is a building dating from 1766, featuring the carved initials of its owner, RE, on the west gable. The structure is constructed of squared rubble with a tiled roof, which was previously thatched. It has flanking chimneys and stone copings on the kneelers of the side elevation gables. The building is two storeys high and has three modern casement windows with glazing bars set under concrete lintels. There is also a single-storey, one-window addition on the right side.
