Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Oxford Road. It is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings and has a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate. The building is three storeys high; the ground floor is stuccoed and features a verandah. A band runs along the first floor, and there is an eaves cornice. The upper floors have three sash windows with glazing bars, each set within a stucco flat arch and flanked by key blocks. The ground floor has French windows with glazing bars.
