Description

Manor Farmhouse is a 17th-century building, dated 1634, located on Main Street in Turweston. The structure is built from rubble stone and features a modern tiled roof with offset eaves and a north gable that is coped with kneelers. It has end chimney stacks made of modern brick. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has gabled dormers. The front consists of three bays with modern wooden casements: two-light windows on the ground floor and dormers, and a three-light window on the first floor. There is a blocked doorway between the left-hand bays, which has a date stone above it. The rear of the building has undergone alterations.
