Description

Manor Cottage is a small house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features an old tile roof with flanking chimneys and two hipped dormers that have old leaded glazing. The building has two storeys and an attic, consisting of three bays. A central modern open tiled porch is present, with a one-light window above it, flanked by cross mullioned and transomed windows that also have old leaded glazing. The ground floor has three-light casements with cambered brick arches and leaded glazing. At the rear, there is a tiled wing with a hipped dormer. The flank wall is said to carry the date 1717.
