Description
The barn at Great Pednor Manor, located to the east of the house, is a large structure dating from the 17th century. It is timber framed and features weatherboarding on a brick plinth, topped with an old tiled roof that is half hipped at the east end. On the north side, there are two gabled cart entries, while the south side has outshots at each end, with the western one being open fronted. The interior consists of six bays with large timbers, including curved braces to the tiebeams that support shaped struts, lower pullins, and collars under the upper pullins. Additionally, there are curved windbraces. At the east end of the barn, there is a two-storey brick cottage wing attached.
