Description

The barn range on the west side of the farm court at Moat Farm dates from the 18th to 19th century and consists of two barns. The first barn is built of brick at the bottom, with a timber frame and weatherboarding above, topped with a plain tile roof that is hipped at the south end. The second barn is taller, also timber-framed with weatherboarding and features some red brick panels at the rear. It has four bays and a roof that is hipped at the north end. The attached buildings to the north and the low stable ranges on two sides of the farm court are not considered to be of special interest.
