Description

This is a 17th-century building on the north side of Amersham High Street, which has been altered over time. It is rendered and painted, with an old tile roof and a gabled dormer. The building is two storeys high. On the front, there is a 19th-century shop bay window and hood over the entrance on the left, and a modern window on the right. Above, two double-hung sash windows are visible on the first floor. A brick rear wing incorporates sash windows and extends into a former barn, now forming numbers 2 and 4 Church Street.
