Description
Holtspur Bottom Farmhouse is a building said to date from 1620, although it appears to have 18th-century features on the exterior. The farmhouse is two storeys high and constructed of brick, with a first-floor band on the front. It has three casement windows with segmental arches on the ground floor. The eaves are decorated with projecting headers. There are three dormers set high in the roof, featuring leaded casements. The roof is covered with old tiles, and there are brick stacks present.
