Description
The stable range at Thorney Farm is an 18th-century building constructed from red brick and stock brick, featuring a hipped plain tile roof. It stands two storeys tall and has a total of 13 window openings. The west front showcases a timber dentil cornice, red brick window surrounds, and flush angle quoins. On the ground floor, there are gauged brick arches, with three arches altered for two flat-lintel modern openings and two doors. The remaining openings have fanlights above the arches and brick panels below. The upper floor consists mainly of blank panels, except for three at the left end that contain glazing bar windows. Each end of the building has one window range, while the rear features six blank openings on each floor.
