C18. Timber-framed. Red brick with some burnt headers; old hipped tile roof; corbelled eaves course and brick modillion cornice; 2 storeys. South elevation, first floor with 3 sashes, the central one with a semicircular brick arch, the outer 2 with cambered relieving arches. Ground floor with central door beneath small wooden hood on brackets and 2 sashes. All windows with glazing bars.
